Prospects don’t believe you…
However, they do tend to believe proof sources from major publications. For example, below are links to 2 articles which may help you with your buyers and sellers.
The 1st article appeared in the Wall Street Journal on June 1, 2011. It may prove to be helpful to your sellers as far as giving them a realistic understanding of the weakness of the home market as prices continue to slide and the importance of pricing their homes to market.

In contrast the 1st article, the 2nd may give your prospects the confidence they need to make a buying decision as it paints a much more positive picture of the market.
