Service Staff Training & One on One with Management This program also includes training your service staff and one on one time with management. Sum Total Selling is a holistic approach that engages each member of an organization to realize its full sales potential.
Accountability – Follow Up Finally, lasting change is reinforced with accountability. Recommended is a follow up visit for Johnny to personally do one-on-one mentoring and training with each individual sales executive. Each sales executive is videoed, evaluated, and given immediate verbal and written feedback.
